Comparos has announced the launch of its split-screen comparison online shopping site. Comparos combines both product search and product comparison capabilities in two clicks. Comparos' interface and navigation system features a navigation panel available on-screen throughout the search process.

It features a navigation panel available on-screen throughout the search process, to help remove the complexity associated with traditional search engine sites. Selecting from a database of over 100,000 different and competitive sites, users may select their search category for online shopping and then utilize the split-screen feature to compare and shop products.

Comparos offers benefits to advertisers and online retailers as it incorporates a big-screen presentation format for each featured site. Advertisers do not have to rely on banner ads and can target specific product users by sponsoring specific categories. Advertisers may also incorporate special introduction pages to feature a specific product or new offering.
