Verity Inc. has announced that Nissan Motor Company, a manufacturer of automotive products and services, has selected Verity K2 Enterprise (K2E) advanced search, classification, and personalization software to manage information across its intranet and several of the company's external portals. Verity K2E is intended to enable global employees of Nissan and visitors to its Web sites to find the right information quickly and effectively. The company also plans to leverage Verity's Asian and European Locales to allow users to find the exact document that they are looking for in their local language.
