Endeca and ClearForest have announced a partnership that will provide customers with the ability to search, explore, and navigate unstructured enterprise data. ClearForest, will offer unstructured data auto tagging to customers deploying Endeca ProFind enterprise search application solutions. Endeca and ClearForest have integrated their technology products to provide an information retrieval system for large corporate and government users. ClearForest's Intelligent Hybrid Tagging platform, ClearTags, enables Endeca ProFind to take advantage of metadata to improve results compared to traditional search methods. Through its automated creation of metadata, ClearTags transforms unstructured content and makes it as accessible as the structured information typically found in databases. In combination with Endeca ProFind, a search and Guided Navigation application, users will benefit from search and navigation of unstructured data, which turns unstructured corporate data into actionable information. ClearForest offers a product suite designed to rapidly extract value from an organization's textual content base. Using Intelligent Hybrid Tagging techniques, ClearForest classifies documents and discovers pertinent entities, facts, events, and relationships buried within documents, producing richly tagged XML. ClearForest's business intelligence applications automatically integrate the tagged content and deliver highly visual, interactive summaries designed to allow customers rapid and valuable insights into mission critical business intelligence.
