Mohomine Inc, a provider of text processing automation software, and Wordmap Limited, developers of taxonomy management systems, have announced a strategic technology relationship and the launch of a fully integrated solution for classification and enterprise taxonomy management. Wordmap's Taxonomy Management System allows organizations to tag content effectively by storing consistent metadata terms. It powers navigation interfaces, with a security layer that allows personalized navigation views to be served to multiple users and groups. Multiple language versions of taxonomies are supported. The taxonomy also plays an important part in application integration. Unless organizations use consistent terminology in all of their applications, integration efforts will not succeed. Through working with taxonomy users such as Factiva, Wordmap has the wide range of features and scalability needed to satisfy enterprise requirements. Mohomine's MohoClassifier is an auto-categorization solution built using "learn-by-example"/machine learning technology. Mohomine's language-independent, patented algorithms provide accuracy and performance, and can be quickly deployed and modified. By deploying the MohoClassifier, organizations can access formerly inaccessible information to drive business intelligence and text analytics, enable employees to focus on high-value activities vs. low-value sorting and routing tasks, and reduce costs while increasing work force productivity. The combined solution is available in the Americas from Mohomine Inc, and in EMEA from Wordmap Ltd.
