Inxight Software, a provider of enterprise software solutions for information discovery, and Clarabridge, a provider of text mining software, have announced an agreement to integrate and jointly market the Inxight SmartDiscovery suite with the Clarabridge Content Mining Platform. The combined solution will allow users to extract meaning from text, alongside structured data sources, to reveal business insight.

The Inxight SmartDiscovery suite is a solution for text understanding in all languages. Its set of advanced text analysis tools includes search, categorization, and entity, event and relationship extraction. Automatically identifying concepts, people, organizations, places and other information, SmartDiscovery provides structure to unstructured text, providing that structure as XML-out, for use in routing, categorization, search, and BI applications. The Clarabridge Content Mining Platform provides customers with the ability to source, transform, store, and analyze unstructured data, and do it in a way that allows it to perform like structured data within an existing or future BI deployment.
