CrownPeak, a software service provider of content management, has announced it secured $4.25M in funding from Sigma Partners and Altos Ventures. The company will use the funds to accelerate marketing initiatives. CrownPeak 360 Site Management integrates all the technology and services--including content management, Webhosting, Webanalytics, site search and CRM--needed to manage and deliver Web sites.

CrownPeak has also announced new media features aimed at helping online marketers create and manage RSS feeds.
